What types of natural stone do you offer?
We offer a wide selection of Italian marble (Carrara, Statuario, Calacatta), Indian granite (Black Galaxy, Kashmir White), ceramic and porcelain tiles, as well as custom stone medallions and inlays. Our collection is sourced directly from quarries to ensure the highest quality.
Do you provide samples before purchase?
Yes, we offer physical samples for most of our stone and tile collections. You can request up to 5 samples free of charge (shipping fees may apply). Contact our showroom or fill out the sample request form on the product page.
What are the delivery timelines for orders?
For in-stock products, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within India. Custom orders or imported slabs may require 3–4 weeks. We will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes, we have a network of certified installation professionals in major cities. Installation charges depend on the scope of work. We can also recommend trusted installers if you prefer to arrange separately.
Can I visit your showroom?
Absolutely. Our primary showroom is located in Surat, Gujarat. We recommend booking an appointment to ensure our stone experts can dedicate time to you. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours (Mon–Sat 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM).
What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the natural variation in stone, we accept returns only if the product differs materially from the approved sample. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Custom-cut items cannot be returned. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
How do I care for marble or granite floors?
Regular dust mopping and cleaning with a pH-neutral stone cleaner is recommended. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners. Sealants should be reapplied every 1–2 years depending on usage. We offer professional cleaning and resealing services.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to select countries. Shipping costs and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us with your requirements for a detailed quote.
Can I get a custom size or finish?
We specialize in custom fabrication, including bespoke sizes, edges, and surface finishes (honed, polished, brushed). Minimum order quantities may apply. Reach out to our design team to discuss your project.
