STONEHAUS is a premium supplier of natural stone surfaces, including marble, granite, and ceramic tiles. We operate showrooms in Surat and serve clients across India and abroad.

5. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and handling unless stated otherwise. We accept bank transfers, cheques, and online payments via our secure gateway. Full payment is required before dispatch, except for credit customers with prior approval.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and modify prices at any time.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer pan-India delivery and international shipping on select products. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. You must inspect the goods immediately and notify us of any damage within 48 hours.

Special shipping arrangements for large slabs or fragile materials will be communicated individually.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of natural stone, returns are accepted only if the product is materially different from the sample or description. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Custom-cut or fabricated items cannot be returned. Refunds, if approved, will be processed after deducting applicable restocking fees and shipping costs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STONEHAUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
